Trout
Fishing - Rainbow and brown trout
are not indigenous to India but were successfully,
bred around Nigiri hills (Tamil Nadu) in
1902 and later released in to predetermined
rivers, lakes and streams. These trout exist
in the States of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Utter
Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir,
Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh. Picturesque
mountains and valleys surround their habitat.
