Health and Fitness Overview

Traditional systems of healing practiced in the Indian Sub-Continent

Since ancient times, the human has always exercised the minds to maintain an optimum state of health and fitness, consequently developed various systems of healing.

In this part of the World, various traditional healing systems have been developed to keep the body as well as mind in the good health, some of these systems are Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation and Spiritual.

Ayurveda

The ‘science of longevity’ is the Indian system of nature cure. It is known to promote positive health, natural beauty and long life.

Yoga

Is the science of the union with the Divine with truth; if ayurved is the science of the body, yoga is the science of the spirit.

Meditation

There are many forms of meditation: Silence sitting, Chanting, Praying, Walking Meditation, Meditation that uses visualization or focus on objects. This helps strengthen the positive qualities of compassion, patience and wisdom and frees us of conflicting emotions and erroneous beliefs
